At-Home Machine Pick-Up
Schedule a time for us to come to you and pick up your machine for a hassle-free experience.
Service Description
We come to you to load up your machine and bring it back to the BSE shop for service. Once the work is completed, we will contact you for scheduling a drop off time. Pick-Up and Drop-Off service is $100 round-trip for customers up to 10 road miles from BSE. Each mile over 10 is an additional $10 per mile. (ex. 4 miles=$100, 10 miles=$100, 12 miles=$120). Charge will be added to your final bill that will be presented at time of drop off. No immediate payment necessary.
Cancellation Policy
Please read the policy section on our website before confirming booking. By confirming your booking, you understand and are agreeing to everything listed on our policy page. If you need to cancel, please do so through the booking confirmation email you will receive. If you need to reschedule, please cancel your original appointment and use the booking calendar and form to book another appointment. The same goes for no-shows. If you do not arrive during your scheduled time, you will need to cancel and book another appointment using the calendar.
